I ordered a lamp over a month ago and I have never received anything. At first, they would respond to me by email, but now there is nothing. A bunch of scammers and thieves. Be careful, never order anything from this site.

Same for us ordering in October, even the site no longer exists, it's a true scam pffffffffffffffffffff it's crazy, even the payment was secure, I'm disgusted, they told me it's in customs clearance and they no longer respond to emails, especially don’t order for future buyers

One should not confuse having a problem with the carrier and the company FRANCE PRO DESTOCK
Everyone who receives a package must make reservations with the carrier if it is damaged and even refuse it
So there's no need to blame the VAD companies that are doing their job properly

I have been in a dispute with this infamous site for 6 months now, after several calls, emails, faxes, ...
The last time I spoke to the manager of this site on his mobile, he completely blew me off.
The merchandise needs to be picked up due to damage, but they don't want to reach any arrangement; for them, the case is closed. However, when I call the carrier who is supposed to pick up the merchandise, they cannot do anything without the manager's decision.
So it's been a vicious cycle for nearly 6 months, and I'm two steps away from filing a complaint!!

Look what boule97 said about the e-litige site, they apparently have quite a bit of influence and handle conflicts well.

I placed an order on this site about 2 months ago and to this day I still haven't received my order. The site remains unreachable as does the supplier through whom I placed my order. For me, this is a clear scam and I will not hesitate to file a report to signal it.

Do not confuse the initial request concerning a so-called Destock.fr whose potential sites are down (leading to nothing):

And the real company located in France, formerly represented by the person who came forward in this discussion here

The company likely having been taken over/bought and having changed address, but still registered with the RCS.
