Vinyl turntable sound issue, grounding problem?

Hello, I was given a turntable for my birthday with a built-in preamp according to the manual. I connected the RCA cables to the hi-fi system in AUX mode, but unfortunately, the sound is poor with a lot of crackling and it's weak. I don't know where to connect the ground wire on the hi-fi system because there’s nothing suitable. Do you think the sound problem is coming from that? I’m attaching a few photos for clarity. If the envelope is made of metal, you can insert the fork terminal between the envelope and the base near a fastening screw after scraping off any paint in that area, and tighten the screw.

Hello, What are the references (Brand and model) of this turntable? Same for the HI-FI system What is the power supply plug of the turntable like? (2 poles or 2 poles + ground)? Where does this "ground" wire with fork terminal come from (from the turntable)?  --  Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.                              Especially when it's not there...

Good evening,  Thank you for your responses. This is an AT-LP3 turntable from the Audio-Technica brand. The Hi-Fi system is a micro system from Philips. The power plug of the turntable has 2 poles, red and white + ground with the wire to the fork terminal coming from the turntable.

The power input of the turntable has 2 poles, red and white + ground with the wire to the fork terminal coming from the turntable. Uh...! It's the audio output cable that has red and white connectors.. The power cable is the wire that connects the turntable to an electrical outlet. This cable is connected to the AC IN socket at the back of the turntable.  Try turning the AC IN plug around to see if the buzzing decreases.

Good evening,  I feel like the crackling has lessened a bit with the half turn of the AC IN plug, but there is still a background noise and the sound remains very low.
