Hello,
I was given a turntable for my birthday with a built-in preamp according to the manual. I connected the RCA cables to the hi-fi system in AUX mode, but unfortunately, the sound is poor with a lot of crackling and it's weak.
I don't know where to connect the ground wire on the hi-fi system because there’s nothing suitable. Do you think the sound problem is coming from that?
I’m attaching a few photos for clarity.
Thank you in advance for your help!
