AMD Radeon HD 6300M Series bad drivers Solved

Question

Hello, Following a reinstallation of my Windows 8.1 OS, I can no longer get the graphics drivers for the AMD Radeon HD 6330 M integrated into the motherboard of my HP G62 454Sf laptop to work. It restarts and fails to load the driver, so I have to restart in safe mode and use amdcleanuputility-x64.exe to clean up and test another driver... Without success. I updated my BIOS, downloaded the drivers from HP's website, then from AMD, Crucial, Drivers Guide, etc... without success! I tried the solution of changing the atikmpag.sys file, since I occasionally received this message: Blue screen with video driver issue atikmpag.sys VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE I followed this procedure: I renamed atikmpag.sys in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers to atikmpag.sys.old I copied the one found in C:\AMD and pasted it into a directory... In the command prompt (CMD), I typed this: expand.exe atikmdag.sy_ atikmdag.sys I retrieved the file and pasted it into C:\Windows\System32\Drivers The PC restarted correctly, but in Device Manager, there is a little yellow exclamation point on the graphics card indicating that the driver is incorrectly installed! Yet the restart gets to Windows without any issues.. Thank you for helping me if possible because I don't know what else to do! I changed the memory and the hard drive in vain...

Hello    Did you download the version for Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit) on HP  and install it in Windows 7 (or XP) compatibility mode???  By right-clicking on the .exe file   See you later  --  No link on the English webpage, I'm already flying solo enough

Hello,  Press Windows + R Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.  Give the hardware ID of Radeon HD Look at this --> Find a device's identification number Post the number in your next message.  Is Windows 8.1 32 or 64 bits?

Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits  Download this driver -->  AMD  Right-click on --> non-whql-64bit....exe Select --> 7Zip Choose --> extract to "non-whql-64bit......\"  Go to Device Manager Right-click on the Radeon HD Update driver Search for a driver on my computer or Browse my computer ...... Browse Go to the folder of the unzipped driver --> non-whql-64bit...... Download and install --> Revo Uninstaller   Run it as administrator Uninstall everything related to AMD Follow the tutorial carefully to completely uninstall including residual folders and keys. I reinstalled and still have the same problem, so I formatted again and performed an installation from my Windows 8.1 DVD, then reinstalled the drivers with yours and still the same failure... I'm despairing now! But thanks again.

Try a forced installation: Go to Device Manager Right-click on the device Update driver Search for a driver on my computer or Browse my computer ...... Choose from a list of drivers...  Provided disk Browse Go to the unzipped driver folder --> non-whql-64bit...... Folder --> Packages Folder --> Drivers Folder --> Display Folder --> WB6A_INF Select the file --> C7318064.inf and OK. Restart.
