Probleme d'UC 100% lorsque je lance un jeu

bonjour, ca fais deja quelques jour que je bataille avec mon ordianteur pour essayer de regler le probleme. J'ai fais different forum mais apparemment personne n'a ce probleme ou tout du moins pas comme il m'arrive. Voila je demarre pas de soucis tout va bien impeccalble. Puis je lance une application tout va bien encore une fois, mais des que je lance un jeu alors la c le drame. Au debut tout fonctionne parfaitement et ensuite ca lag incroyablement, que se soit un jeu online ou non et peu importe la qualite graphique... J'ai formate remis les mise a jour et rien n'y fais toujours pareil ca lag. Ma config est la suivante:
-intel core CPU T7200 2 Ghz
-2G de ram

C re moi, j'avais oublier de preciser que les lag n'etait pas permanent c par intermitense, voila et merci .
