Hello,
Let me explain. I upgraded my wife's laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
Since then, I've noticed that the boot time has significantly increased despite having an SSD:
BIOS Startup > Windows Startup > Very long black screen > User and desktop startup
All stages pass quickly except for the black screen. I noticed in the drivers that Windows automatically installed the driver for the graphics chipset of the CPU (Intel HD Graphics 3000) and also a graphics card driver (Radeon 7400M Series). When I uninstall one of these drivers, the startup becomes fast again, but Windows automatically reinstalls the previously removed driver, and the problem persists.
However, I have a question: does this laptop really have a graphics card? GPU-Z only detects the integrated graphics chipset of the CPU. Is there a sure way to know if this laptop actually has a graphics card? (Without disassembling it)
If there is no graphics card, I could prevent Windows from automatically reinstalling the driver (through various means found on the Internet, which I have tried but did not work).
But if there is indeed a graphics card, I would like to keep the drivers to ensure that she can play games using the graphics card.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 73.0.3683.90

Hello
update the drivers
using "drivers cloud.com" or "all drivers.com" -
Hi,
Disable automatic driver updates by Windows Update: https://www.malekal.com/windows-10-desactiver-installation-automatique-pilotes/
Install updates manually from the AMD and Intel websites.
For AMD, make sure that ULPS is properly disabled, see the paragraph on this page: https://www.malekal.com/demarrage-windows-10-lent-ssd/
