Problem with my Freebox WiFi

Hello, I've had a Freebox for several years, and several times the internet connection stopped working. I can connect to the Freebox but not to the WiFi. When I try to connect with my phone, there is the network symbol BUT with an exclamation mark. Also, my Freebox gets stuck at step 2 and 3... And in the list of WiFi, it says: connected (connection/authorization required)

You need to call Free at 3244, it seems you have a problem with your line.
