Unable to add a contact to a list!

Hello,
Since the last update of Yahoo Mail (March 25?), it's impossible to add or remove a contact from a list!!
(Visually, this changed since the 3 icons "Contacts" "Calendar" "Notes" moved to the right of the message window; previously, they appeared on the left)
If I click on "Contacts", the names and emails do appear, but there is no longer a little checkbox next to them to include or exclude them from a list. An oversight by a Yahoo engineer?
I’ve tried several different ways, but nothing works.
Are you experiencing the same issue?

I confirm, same as you!!! I haven’t found a solution.
Impossible to modify or create a contact list.
There are numerous comments from users all over the world since the end of March on Yahoo Feedback for this reason. But what are they doing at Yahoo? It smells like trouble! Too bad, it used to be a good webmail...

An hour wasted looking for the solution that we think is just around the corner... An hour wasted multiplied by the number of users... Yahoo is disappointing.

same for me until today... Look for an email sent or received from the contact. Click on the name until the small window appears. Click "save the contact". Then close Yahoo. Open Yahoo, find your list, click on "edit". Under the name of the list, you have "add contacts". Type the name. Save. Closing Yahoo mail might be the solution...

I followed the process but the "add contacts" button is non-functional??
If I type the name below, the "save" button is crossed out in red!!!

you have to add a single address, no comma or semicolon at the end!
I thank Isabelle for the solution she proposed, it works well; but I want to add a whole list of about thirty addresses and I can't do it, so I'm wasting time adding them one by one!
