Rebooting continuously on TWRP

Hello

I flashed the LineageOS 15.1 ROM with TWRP and my phone keeps rebooting endlessly into TWRP (even though I have the LineageOS startup animation)

What should I do, please?

    Did you perform a data & cache wipe? Re-flash it once again...

      I just reflashed and the phone got bricked...^^

      It gets stuck on the boot logo, and when I turn it off while it's plugged in, the battery charging symbol shows up, so I think we can recover it?

      Do you have the right ROM, are you following a tutorial?

      Yes, I'm a tutorial, but I don't really know how it got stuck on the startup logo, and I no longer have access to recovery.
