Hello. My Archos smartphone shows the message "the process com.android has stopped" and despite a reset and all the solutions found online, the problem persists. I don't know what to do anymore. Is it related to the application itself? If so, what can I do? Thank you for your response.

There was a similar problem some time ago; it was enough to go to the application manager, select "Google app," and then "uninstall updates."

Thank you for the response. I still had to reset it to uninstall the updates because I hadn't set up my Google account and was using it as a simple phone without internet. Is it possible for the phone to update without using the internet? I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it works. We'll see over time... Thank you.

You can block the updates; otherwise, they will happen automatically as soon as the phone is connected to WiFi.
