Hello,
I installed the new Freebox Delta and my TV has issues with it, so I contacted Free and they told me to update my TV, but I can't find how to do it. I went into the menu and found the updates, but it searches for updates and tells me that there haven’t been any available since 2018. However, I don’t know how it can search for updates since it’s not connected to the internet. I was told to download the update onto a USB stick and then put it on the TV, but the problem is I can't find the update.
Can you help me? Thank you in advance.

Hello,
"and my TV has issues with it"
What kind of issues? Normally, switching to the HDMI input where the box is connected should work, and a firmware update has nothing to do with it...
Try to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you'll have to redo the entire installation and settings.

Ok, I'll try that after searching for the channels, etc. It's not a problem as long as the TV works with the Freebox, but I've seen on forums that some manage to update their TV. How do they do it?

Try connecting a DVD player instead of the box; if it works, then it's not the TV that's faulty, but the box.
If it doesn't work, then the HDMI input has a problem.
