How to download and install PS3 games

Hello everyone, when downloading a PS3 game from the internet, I always notice that I get a file in ISO format. I wanted to know how I can install it on my PS3 console, what methods to use, or if it is necessary for me to convert the file first.

    ISO games are copies, so they're not very legal.
