Will PS4 games be compatible with PS3?

PS4 games compatible with your PS3 means you wouldn't need to buy the PS4... Wouldn't it be the other way around lol :)
And for that matter, no. No backward compatibility as always; otherwise, it would be the end of the PS3. They would lose a lot of money.
It will be possible to play certain PS3 games on the PS4 by purchasing them on the PSN for about ten euros, but this only applies to a very few games as they are those that will be released on both consoles simultaneously.
For example, Call of Duty Ghosts or Battlefield 4 were released on PS3 while the PS4 was not out, so if you have one of those games on your PS3 and you buy a PS4, you will have to see it on the PSN for 10 euros. This prevents you from having to buy the game again in PS4 version at full price.
If your PS3 games do not come out on PS4, there's no point in hoping :)
