Hello,

I'm currently facing an issue where I am unable to access the internet once my VPN is activated.

I've already reinstalled the VPN, tried other VPNs, and changed the DNS, but it's still the same result.

Not knowing what to do, I'm asking for help!

Thank you in advance.

Windows: Windows 10 Build 1809
Web browser: Vivaldi; Chrome; Edge
VPN: ProtonVPN; Cyberghost

If you need any further information, don't hesitate!

Configuration: Windows / Vivaldi 2.3.1440.60

    Hi,
well, then disable your remote NAT (what they call VPN)....

      So, don't use a VPN?

I would actually like to be able to use it.

If he is intentionally blocked, why keep insisting?
Most of the time, it brings you more trouble than benefits, not to mention the money lost.

Sorry, I'm not very familiar with this field. What do you mean by that? My internet provider? A week ago, the VPN was working perfectly, and I also tried a system restore to a previous point with no results.

It doesn't sound very technical as an error message,
it looks like you're going through a proxy.
Does it happen regardless of the connection?
Have you tested it in other locations?

Yes, wifi or lan doesn't change anything.
Different server, yes. It works fine on my phone.

        yes, that's right,
when I talked about another connection, I meant another internet access.
So the issue needs to be addressed with those who provide you with this internet access.
