How long does it take to reset a PC to factory settings?

Hello,

I bought an HP PC and I wanted to reset it, but it has been stuck at 34% for about an hour. It's a PC with a 128 GB SSD and a 1 TB traditional hard drive. My question is: is it normal for it to be stuck at 34% for so long, and how long will the reset take? If it still hasn't progressed after a certain amount of time, what should I do?

    No, it's not normal, try opening cmd as administrator and type systemreset (it's a format but from cmd).

      I can't reset even using this command, is it normal?

      The problem is that it restarts and the applications are still there.
