Premiere Pro and Audition are crashing automatically.

HELP ME

I have a problem: Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro close automatically.
The software closes on its own after 5 seconds of starting without any error message.
I have already reinstalled them several times without success,
(I even reinstalled Creative Cloud) I also tried logging out and logging back into my Adobe account without success either.
I have updated as many drivers as I could.
I would like to point out that the other Adobe software (Ae, Ps, and Ai) work perfectly fine on my computer.
I am on an Acer ES17 with Win10

    Hello,
    Is this an official and purchased version? I'm asking you this question because this kind of situation happens with cracked Adobe software.

      C'est la version d'essai que je viens d'installer. Je n'ai donc jamais utilisé ce logiciel sur ce PC.
