Change Nokia router IP

Hello,

I wanted to change the IP address of the Nokia Maroc Telecom router, I want to set it to 192.168.2.1 instead of 192.168.1.254, but it always displays a message: network 192.168.2.x reserved and can't be used, please select another one.
Thank you for your help in making this change.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 65.0

What is it connected to? A box? (Where does the internet come from?)

Is it an optical fiber ONT?
You should check with Maroc Telecom; it is possible that this network is indeed used by them.
