How to access all message reactions in Messenger

Hello,
Some of my friends have the ability to react to messages in Messenger with all the available emoticons, other than the ones provided by default, thanks to a “+” option as shown in this screenshot. It’s not necessarily very useful, but I’m trying to solve this mystery since I haven’t found anything about it online and we have the same Messenger version.
If you know why, please share this information :-)
