(2) download a vehicle you want from one of these sites: http://www.grandtheftauto.fr/downloads/c8,gta-vice-city.php or http://www.gtainside.fr or http://www.jeuxvideopc.com/downloads/7039-grand-theft-auto-vice-city/92-vehicules/
the steps: put the rar file on the desktop (leave the file in rar), then launch GTA Mod Installer, select install a vehicle on GTA VICE CITY, then they will ask you where Vice City is installed (launch a search to find the location), then insert your vehicle by clicking "I want to select the zip or rar...." then there will be a list with the real vehicles of Vice City and select the car you want to replace (I replaced the cheetah with the Ferrari F360), then they will ask if you want to change the name, it's up to you if you want to change it, then they will ask for the language, select French, then click on the vehicle line next, and the car will be installed. Honestly, thanks because constantly being with this PCJ 600 and its sentinel xs gets tiring after a while.................

I'm the same, I have img tool full of files on my USB stick, I can't manage to put them in even though I have loads of GTA mods installed and GTA mods installer v2, and I installed the car that replaces the Admiral, and when I start a new game, I have an Admiral with invisible wheels.
Je te conseille uTorrent car c'est plus rapide. Il suffit de le télécharger et d'aller sur Torrentz. Tu cherches Vice City dans uTorrent, là tu le télécharges, tu vas dans uTorrent, tu cliques sur "ouvrir dans le fichier", tu cherches là où tu as téléchargé Vice City et tu ouvres. Ça va commencer à télécharger, c'est plus rapide qu'Ares.
Comment installer Vice City
- Téléchargez le fichier d'installation de Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
- Ouvrez le fichier téléchargé.
- Suivez les instructions de l'assistant d'installation.
- Choisissez le dossier d'installation souhaité.
- Une fois l'installation terminée, lancez le jeu depuis le raccourci créé sur votre bureau.
