Hello,
For the past two days, Outlook has been blocked. When opening it, a message says: Outlook could not connect. Please check that you are connected to the network and that the server and mailbox name used are correct. Required information is missing from the Microsoft Exchange information service in your profile. Check your profile to ensure you are using the correct Microsoft Exchange information service. Then another message: Insufficient resources. Close some windows. And one last message: Unable to start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. Cannot open the entire folder. Cannot open the information store.
I had updates the day before, could it be related? I don’t know what to do as I am a novice in IT. I thank anyone who can help me. Have a nice evening.
