Websites on Chrome sometimes display in Dutch.

Hello everyone!
I have a problem with Chrome that has been going on for several months... Some pages display in Dutch. This happens completely randomly, and I can't see what could be causing it. Dutch is not listed among my languages on Chrome, Google, or Windows, as you can see in the screenshots. I have never chosen to display my pages in Dutch (in other languages than French, yes, but not that one)
When the site in question allows changing the language (via the URL or the language list), it’s okay, but this is not always the case...!
I have already done some research but without success.
Any help is welcome \o/
