Hello everyone,

So I want to sell my Nintendo 3DS XL and I won’t buy another Nintendo console.
But the problem is that I have more than 30 euros on its account and I don’t know how to get that money back.
Does anyone know how to do that?

    The money you invested in Nintendo eShop is transformed into credit, so you cannot normally redeem that money again. Afterwards, perhaps try contacting Nintendo to explain your problem; maybe they can refund you.
