Hello ????,
So I have a problem, my mother created a switch account with her orange email address but after moving and changing telecom providers, we no longer have access. Today I'm asking for help because I need to change my information on the eshop. If you know how to do this, I’m all ears.

Hello, after cancellation, your Orange email account remains accessible for 6 months. Ideally, it would have been best to change your email address for accounts linked to this email before it is deleted (whether it's Nintendo or something else).
Even if you no longer have access to your email account, you can still ask Nintendo's support service to change the email address associated with your Nintendo account.
