LG TV 49UF640V image issue

Hello everyone,

It's been two days now that my LG television is "bugging."
The issue is as follows: when I switch to HDMI or TV (channels), the screen goes crazy (stripes, snow, lag) but the sound works. However, when I launch an application or activate the menu, the screen is fine.
I'm attaching an image of my problem.

    Hello and welcome to the forum,

    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and plug everything back in.
    If that doesn't work and you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory settings" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.

      No, otherwise the repairman will ask for a quote especially if this TV is old.
