Hello or Good evening,
I live in the Walloon region (Belgium). Following renovation work by the VOO company (cable television), I lost activation for several TV channels.
I tried to rescan these channels, but I need to enter a security PIN code that I forgot. How can I retrieve it or get a new one?
The TV is connected to a cable network. It's an LG 49UF640 V purchased in mid-2016.

Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, this is not working.
When I type this code, the system remains stuck. I tried, as some sites recommend, to press the MUTE button on my remote. If this worked, I should have entered code 129472 and then I could have inserted a new PIN code. Another failure.
Is it possible to retrieve the security PIN code that was encoded in the TV's memory? If so, what maneuvers need to be performed from the remote?
If not, what should I do then?
