LG TV vertical line image + ghosting image

Hello,
I have a problem with my TV; a vertical line appeared some time ago and used to show up occasionally. For the past few days, it has been fixed, and since yesterday, the bottom image of my TV is showing under this line. It's a bit difficult to describe.
I have attached a photo; it will be clearer.
