EPSON XP 225 BLOCKED

Hello everyone,
I have an XP 225 printer connected via USB to my PC, which has been in total lockdown for a few days; it won't cooperate at all. When I turn it on, the cartridge carriage does its usual back and forth, then returns to its position, and from there nothing happens except all the lights flashing in unison...
I've of course tried to replace the cartridges following the manual's procedure, but none of the functions respond...
Has anyone ever encountered this issue, and is there anything I can do before taking it to a repair shop?
Thanks to anyone who can help!
Best regards,

Hello

First, if it hasn't been done yet...

Unplug all the cables and then put everything back in place.

Yes, it stayed completely unplugged for a few days; I just plugged everything back in and had a glimmer of hope since the initialization seemed to be going well... in vain, since my request to move the carriage to the ink cartridge change position remains unanswered, and the indicators have started blinking all together again... Once more, it doesn't want to do anything, I can't even display the ink levels to know which ones to change... I'm wondering if I should completely uninstall it and start over??? What do you think?

Done; Ctrl + P

You should have the choice of printer..You try to enter the printer properties.

You may have the option "Change cartridges" and the cartridge holder will position itself to facilitate the change.

If your (or your) cartridges are not recognized: It's okay
= Repeat the procedure Ctrl + P: Remove them one by one = They should now be recognized.

At the next "Property"; The cartridge lights will be visible again.
