Solved

So following an update, I restarted my computer and enabled this function (which worked and has always worked until now)
I wanted to change the password so that I could connect my console to this network and lose the least amount of internet data for optimal connectivity
And once the password was changed
I receive a message saying "We cannot configure mobile hotspot"
I searched a bit online and found several forums explaining that after the command netsh wlan show drivers, we should have in the cmd
supported network yes
except I have no
Even though I have ALWAYS been able to use this feature before changing the password
I refuse to believe that this prevents me from using this feature just because I changed a password...
I updated all my network drivers without success...

Hi,
try deleting the hotspot and recreating it.
from the tests I've done, this Windows 10 feature is not very reliable: it works whenever it feels like it without much troubleshooting to figure out where the issue comes from.
By the way, which version of Windows 10 do you have?

So first of all, thank you for this super quick response, but I managed to find the solution.

In the Device Manager, I went to View and selected Show hidden devices.
Then, I disabled the Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Adapter #2.
This prompted me to enable the Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Adapter again.
I reactivated it and it worked.
Well, I don't understand the reasons, but it works now...

Indeed, there are still quite a few instabilities in this feature.
While it works on my Linux on the first try, under Windows it's hit or miss :-(
Certainly some drivers that are more or less suitable, drivers will always be a pain under Windows.
