Good evening,

So I have a problem with my MacBook Pro that gets stuck when I try to turn it on. I've tried several things like starting it up without extensions, for example, but that doesn't work either... If someone could help me, I would really appreciate it, I really need it.

Thank you in advance ☺️

    Hello,

I think this will resolve your issue:

Shut down your Mac, then turn it on and immediately press and hold these four keys: Option, Command, P, and R. Keep them pressed for about 20 seconds. During this time, your Mac may appear to restart.
On Macs that make a sound at startup, you can release the keys after the second tone.

If it still hasn't worked, you will need to reset the SMC (System Management Controller) of the Mac. You must be plugged into a power source:

If you are using a MacBook with an integrated battery, connect it to the power using MagSafe. On the keyboard, locate and press the Shift + Control + Option (⇧ + ctrl + ⌥) keys, and simultaneously press the power button of the Mac. The MagSafe light should blink once. That’s it! For MacBooks with a removable battery, you need to disconnect the MagSafe, remove the battery, and then hold down the power button for 5 seconds. Then, replace the battery and reconnect the power with the MagSafe. Finally, turn on your Mac; it should no longer freeze on startup.
