Be careful, if your dish is oriented towards Astra 19.2° East and the decoder is labeled TNT SAT, it’s not possible, Canal imposes a specific decoder.
However, it is possible with Fransat at 5° West because your TV is compatible and listed in this list

But you will need to reorient your dish to 5° West and purchase a module + card:

In this case, we can do without a decoder => no more cables, better quality and just one remote control. Canal refuses this interesting solution by not marketing a module + card, they require a Canal-labeled external terminal.
Note that Fransat is of better quality and more stable than TNT SAT which is not even validated by the CSA.
Furthermore, the card is unlimited and provided with the terminal, whereas it needs to be renewed every four years with TNT SAT for €15.

I'm just here to add my two cents, which I hope can help a bit ;-)

In the technical description of this TV model, under the "Connections" section, it mentions the presence of the PCMCIA port:

For my part, I would like to clarify that in BELGIUM, many people do not know that they have this famous integrated port in their TV and are being misled by distributors, be it VOO, Proximus, Scarlet, Orange, and others...

Indeed, as long as one has this port, there is no need for a decoder to receive the TV channels, which number 70, which is already pretty good in itself ;-)

I have VOO as my distributor, I pay €19.50 per month for the reception of the channels and not a penny more thanks to the card and its support that are inserted into my Sony KDL-40BX400, this card costs me ONLY ONCE €69 (it can be purchased at any store that has a partnership with the distributor) and that's it.

80% of subscribers have a VOO decoder and pay €29 for exactly the same thing as me, no more no less (€19.50 + €9.50 for the decoder rental), if they want an additional channel package, then they pay more too. And here I'm only talking about TV; internet and landline phone are extra.

However, the distributors have so well "indoctrinated" consumers that they are convinced that if they don't have decoders, they have nothing, which is totally false, and the distributors do not give them this other alternative.

I think that this PCMCIA port might possibly resolve the doubt regarding the Astrell decoder, if I’m not mistaken, you can retrieve the card, insert it into a CI+ Cam module and put the whole thing into the TV's port.

thank you for following my topic as I am a "newbie"
I have received this Philips PSU 7503 TV. For now, I have reconnected it like my old TV.
Satellite dish set up (in principle) ASTRA 19.2 EAST, connected to the TNT terminal brand ASTRELL. and connected to HDMI 1 of the TV.
I therefore have all the channels I want.
However, this TV has a COMMON INTERFACE slot. Apparently, if I buy a card (which one?), I can remove the ASTRELL terminal and its remote control (so as you said, just one remote).
Thank you for your advice knowing that I do not wish to get any paid channels (canal +, being, etc....)
