Battery problem: (0% available, plugged in, charging)

Hello,
As the owner of a sony series svs131e21w, I recently noticed that my battery is no longer charging; indeed, the 0% remains fixed, and if I unplug my laptop from the power supply, it turns off, as if the battery does not exist or is constantly empty.

I tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them, without success.
This is very frustrating due to my need to shut down the machine every time I need to move.

I am attaching a report using CPUID HWMonitor. (Note that the battery column has no name, I don't know why..)

Hoping for a favorable response, I thank you for taking the time to read my message!

If your battery isn't charging, your laptop only works when plugged in, and the battery isn't detected, it must be dead. Sorry about that. And I forgot to mention to make sure to buy a new battery with the same shape as the old one and the same way of "attaching" to the laptop.
Have a nice day
