New PS4 controller won't turn on anymore

Hello,

I'm trying what's been suggested above but it doesn't work, even though it's a new controller that was working perfectly fine yesterday. It had no battery left at all, but when I plugged it in, nothing happened.

Please help me, RE2 REMAKE is coming out soon.

    Hello,

    1. Turn everything off
    2. Connect the controller via USB
    3. Unplug the console and plug it back in
    4. Turn on the console using the front button
    5. The console will complain that it shouldn't be turned off like that
    6. Press the PS button on the controller.

    My pleasure,

Yes, that's what I did, but it didn't change anything. I'll try again anyway, thanks.

Well, this isn't working at the same time; it's not a synchronization problem but a power issue because the light on the controller doesn't turn on.

I'm losing hope, great the DualShock 4 V2; if you want a controller that doesn't work, I recommend it!

I bought 2 controllers and they broke after 2 weeks.
