Hello,
after returning the equipment, I receive emails requesting the return of this famous equipment on pain of being charged an amount of 79.90€ corresponding to the price of the equipment. As I cannot reach them because the only service is 0892135161 at a cost of 0.45€ per minute, including waiting time, and they never answer, I am therefore at an impasse???? I have racked up 15.79€ in waiting time..... it's starting to hurt

Does anyone have a number or some advice??

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 64.0

Hello Chris,

I am in the same situation as you in 2025...
What did you do and how did it turn out?
Your feedback would be very helpful to me, thank you very much for your response.

Hello,
start by blocking their direct debits, then they will have to send invoices and take responsibility for their mistakes.

and ... There you go!

Thank you, that's what I was thinking of doing, but I didn't want to get to that point.... I'm considering a registered letter.
In any case, thank you for responding.

If they have started to make mistakes, they are not going to stop just like that, especially if you can't get in touch with them.
In parallel, you can send a registered letter stating everything you hold against them, of course.

Yes, that's what I think! Tomorrow I will suspend the direct debits and send a detailed letter by registered mail.
Thank you for your response and advice. They are really thieves...

Hello,

In a few weeks, we have seen several messages on the forum describing the same situation:

Unable to reach Free at 0892135161 to resolve issues related to the return of equipment. (The 3244 is reserved for subscribers)

Don't waste your time on the phone: Contact them by mail, possibly with a return receipt.

And follow Brupala's advice: block or suspend the direct debits (these are not the same thing and usually not the same price)

Best regards

That's what I noticed in trying by all means to contact them; this forum says a lot about their reception issues and their good intentions........
