Account termination on J and M

Hello, due to personal issues, I would like to deactivate my profile on Jacquie et Michel. My husband and I are only registered to share photos, but we can't seem to delete the albums, and of course, there's no info on the site for that!!
Thank you for your help if you can.

    Oh yes, really be careful with this site. Luckily, I went to read their terms and conditions. They included a withdrawal form. You fill it out, send it to the address mentioned within 14 days of subscribing, and they refund you. How I struggled before finding this escape by chance and just in time. They are a bunch of scammers.

    Hello everyone!

    You're talking about stopping bank withdrawals, but you're not saying how to delete your profile!
    I understand that it's a priority to stop being taken for a ride, but it seems to me that the original question is about canceling your profile on the Jacquie & Michel site.
    Ideally, we should trust "real life" for the fulfillment of one another and go through a nonprofit organization, I don't know if that exists? Would French law allow it? Maybe!
    Anyway...
    How do we delete our profile, please?
