I had the same thing happen to me with the transport of a machine. The platform allowed me to get in touch with a carrier who asked me for fees and advised me to insure the product. I did this for a value of €80. Afterwards, the carrier was not reachable, did not pick up the goods, and the fees I paid to the platform were never refunded to me. I reported it on the government website since the headquarters is in England, which is very complicated. In any case, avoid it!
