Hello,
Here's the problem I'm facing:
I need to print documents (PDF, Word) on A5 paper. So I'm adjusting my tray to that format.
Until now, I would change the layout settings in the print window and choose the A5 option, but now it's no longer appearing!
I have the same printer (Epson WF7515), which works very well by the way, but I have changed my PC; however, it uses the same software, it's a pretty standard Acer, just like the previous one.
I haven't changed anything on the printer, and I've explored all the settings without finding a solution.
Could you help me?
Thank you!

The printer driver determines the available paper formats for the printer..
Try reinstalling the original driver from Epson.. Perhaps on your new computer, the generic Windows driver has been installed by default...

Thank you, it does work indeed, I have the A5 format option again... but there's no more connection between the printer and my computer. The driver installation doesn't complete, it gets stuck at this step, and the connection between the two is not established :-/ So, I can't print. Do you have any advice?
- I am not a USB specialist, but I think the driver did not install correctly because the printer might still have been present...
Try uninstalling both drivers (control panel) and then reinstalling the Epson driver before plugging the printer back into the USB port.
Generally, the driver is installed before connecting the printer.
