Hello,
Here is my problem:
Previously, I had an HP printer through which I could print my revision sheets in A5 without any issues. I would simply start from my LibreOffice or OpenOffice file, launch the print job, and since I had set the format to A5, my file would print on that sheet easily and with the same layout as on A4, just 2 times smaller.
Now, I have an Epson printer, and it recognizes that I have set A5 paper, but when I want to print, it only offers me A4 or other special formats. So, the printer detects the issue when I want to print and asks me if I want A4 as requested by the printing software or A5 as the installed paper format. In both cases, the printing does not happen correctly, and therefore the entire text does not fit on the sheet.
Do you have any ideas? Knowing that if I start from an A5 page format in the office software, the problem is the same because at the time of printing, I am not offered that format.
Thank you.

Hello,
You should at least know the model of your printer... or even both since each brand makes thousands of very different models...
I still think there are A5 formats for photos, for example, and also for flyers... that's half of A4
Otherwise, your solution would be to use the 50% reduction...
Or you could format your text in multi-column or two columns in Landscape and print on A4, then cut it in half...
