This site is not reliable.

It is not secure, poorly translated (it's a Chinese site), and the images on the site do not even come from the site itself but from many other sites.

Isn't the padlock shown for payment a guarantee of security for card payments?
As for the rest, you are right; there is no address.

The padlock means that the connection is encrypted (even if it doesn't necessarily mean that the site is trustworthy)

Although this site has a valid SSL certificate, the connection is not fully encrypted and there is not even an automatic redirect to https.
