Minor sports betting

Hello,
Yesterday I created an account on Betclic while being a minor, I entered 2000 as my date of birth to create my account.
I bet 110 euros because the first bet was refunded up to 110 euros (because I provided a friend's username)
After my team's victory, I received 110 euros in freebet and I had 170 euros that I won (60 euros profit)
When I wanted to transfer the money to my bank account, the site asked me for my ID as well as a bank account details.
I sent the bank account details and my ID thinking that it was good because I had managed to deposit money on the site and win my bet, but after several rejected attempts, Betclic sent me an email stating that since I am not 18 years old, my account has been permanently closed and my money retained.
I asked them to at least make a gesture and return at least my stake without the winnings, but they keep repeating their terms of use without listening to what I have to say, I think it's disgusting to keep the money on the pretext that I am not 18, even though I understand the prohibition of playing I don't see why the money I staked has not been refunded to my card.
How can I take action against them? I am looking for a solution, please help me.
Have a good day/evening.

The law prohibits minors from participating in gambling and games of chance (including sports betting). The organizers of these games must implement barriers to prevent this kind of situation (requesting date of birth, ID card).

According to the site, it reserves the right to keep or not the winnings you placed on it. Give me the link to the site in question and I'll dig into the terms and conditions for you (that everyone is supposed to read).

You must ensure that the information you provide during your registration on the Site matches that of the supporting documents you will need to send us. In case of a discrepancy, in accordance with the Regulations, Betclic will be obliged to close your Account and retain any potential balance.

I was speaking more from a legal and moral standpoint, is it normal for them to be able to keep all my money?

It's a compensation for the expenses they incur in your bets. So, yes... especially since it's illegal for a minor to gamble.

You said it yourself, you lied about your date of birth...

Consider yourself lucky that they are not pursuing you, though.. ;-)

As long as the terms of use do not violate the law, you must adhere to them if you use their service. You signed with an "awareness" of these terms of use. There is no possible recourse.
