Hello everyone,
I have an i5-3570k and a motherboard "AsRock B75 PRO3", the problem is that I apparently can't overclock, but I'm sure I can still boost my CPU a little. Do you know how to do it? Increase the FSB, BCLK, BUS?
I know I won't be able to push it to 5GHz, but 4GHz would be enough for me! Do you know how to achieve the maximum overclock on this motherboard?
Thanks! (If you ask me to test things and look at the results, I can only do it from the end of December...).
Configuration: Android / Chrome 71.0.3578.98

Hello,
Your processor is overclockable (K letter) but your motherboard has a B75 chipset that does not allow overclocking; you need to get a different motherboard compatible with your processor and equipped with a chipset suitable for overclocking.

Hello
You need to check the motherboard manual, in the section dedicated to UEFI, where it is usually possible to lock the CPU to its boost value on all 4 cores, which is indeed the coefficient 38 for a 3570K.
To do this, you need to change a parameter regarding the auto multiplier ratio to manual and set the coefficient accordingly.
On this motherboard, it's in the OC Tweaker Screen section of UEFI, then "CPU ratio", which should be switched from auto to manual or to the desired value (note that even if the list of proposed ratios exceeds 38, you should not set a higher value; otherwise, it will not be saved and the OC Tweaker Screen parameter will revert to auto)
