Hello
We must have made a mistake because all my videos on my PC have changed to mp4 format.
Before, I just had to click on them and I could see them immediately on the Windows player.
Now I have to change the format each time to see them.
I would like it to go back to how it was before.
I wonder if it’s because we downloaded the Format Factory converter this week.
My daughter had to change the format of a school document.
Since we don't know this software, we may have made a mistake.
What do you think?

Control panel, default programs, make sure that videos are played by Windows Media Player in the dropdown menu, if all in mp4 that’s not a problem, it’s the default player that counts as the choice. The same goes for music files.
