PC very slow overnight Solved

Question

Hello, I'm reaching out for help because I'm out of ideas to solve my problem.  Last night, I was away for a long time, so my PC was in sleep mode. I came back late and turned it off, not manually but without entering my credentials (red button in the bottom right). When I turned it back on this morning, it was very slow and unable to run any games that were running at over 70 fps the night before! I've cleaned my PC with CCleaner, done the Windows updates, scanned with Avast, checked the component temperatures with HwMonitor, but nothing seems abnormal.  If you have any ideas, I'm all ears ^^ thanks in advance to those who can help me.  My setup:  Intel Core i5 4590 3.3GHz Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 16 GB RAM 1TB hard drive (I have 180 GB left)  I'm using Windows 7.

Hello,  These CCleaner cleanups are useless. Have you checked the processes and the overall memory and disk usage?  Did you restart it? Is it back to normal?   To check your computer for possible infections and get a general status of the system:  Follow the FRST tutorial by clicking on this blue link. ( take the time to read carefully - everything is well explained ).  Download and run the FRST scan, Wait for the scan to complete, a message will indicate that the analysis is finished. First of all, thank you very much for responding. I have indeed restarted my computer numerous times without success :/ However, I notice that the CPU usage when launching certain games is very high as it spikes to 100% during slight freezing phases.  I have used FRST, here are the report links. You have two antivirus programs installed.  Uninstall all of that for now to see: Avast Free Antivirus Avast Secure Browser Bitdefender Agent CCleaner Driver Booster Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer   Don't download anything for the moment and see if that improves things.

It's done, unfortunately no changes :/ However, I don't know if it's useful to mention, but now I have to try twice to turn on my PC. The first time the screen stays black and nothing happens; I have to manually restart it each time. I don't know if it's important, but I mention it anyway.
