Personally, I've tried several things:
1 _ connecting the PC to the USB port of the HD84 decoder using a female-to-female cable: the decoder sees the PC's hard drive but that's it.
2 _ connection, using the same F-F cable from the USB port of the decoder to the USB port of the Livebox, then connecting from the PC to the address 192-168.0.0 of the LB: nothing
I haven't tried removing the hard drive from the decoder to connect it to the PC because, in any case, its format is specific and not detected by the PC (info from various forums); it remains to possibly try with a Linux PC capable of detecting more formats.....
