Hello everyone,

I am reaching out because the customer service for my cutting plotter is unable to provide me with any information.
I purchased a Rabbit G720G plotter. When I cut text from Photoshop or from the WinPC Sign Pro software, the cut is not complete, leaving 1/2 mm that is not cut. This results in either a hole in the letter or a small extra piece, which does not make the result perfect. I have tried different blade levels but it doesn’t change anything.
I am attaching the configuration of my plotter.

Regarding sublimation on mugs, I heat it to 180° for 180 seconds and when I remove the paper, the colors are faded; it looks like they have remained on the paper.

Thank you in advance for your help.

It must be "Offset knife" that you need to modify.. It's what allows the machine to add a tiny additional displacement depending on the angle of the blade that is used... However, I have no idea if you need to add a negative (-1) or a positive (+1) and what the unit of displacement is...

For sublimation colors... check the orientation on paper, the quality of the inks. If you are using "ordinary" ink, that's somewhat normal.

Hello, thank you for your reply.
I will look into the offset then.

Regarding the printer, it’s a Sawgrass with sublimation ink. The result on white t-shirts is great, but not at all on the mugs.

Try mugs from another manufacturer. The quality of the coating that receives the color is important.
Also check that you adhere to the duration and temperature indicated by the manufacturer.
