EDENWOOD BDS C40 Soundbar

Hello,

I bought a soundbar "EDENWOOD BDS C40" at Electro Depot a week ago, but my issue is that the sound cuts out automatically after 20 minutes. So it's impossible to watch a movie or a show in full. I've tried everything but the sound keeps cutting out.

Can someone help me?

according to the manual, the sound from the soundbar turns off after 20 minutes if the TV's sound is disabled

we don't know how the soundbar detects the presence of sound!?

leave the TV volume up a bit

I have the sound of the TV and the Freebox turned on, but nothing works; the sound automatically cuts off after 20 minutes.

To prevent the sound from cutting off, I have to constantly "play" with the soundbar remote (that is, press any button). This is unacceptable!!

Is it possible to disable the standby mode on this soundbar?
