Pivot table with multiple identical headers

Hello,

I need to create a pivot table from a data table that itself takes its information from other tables.
The problem is that my data table has several identical headers on the same row. I would like the pivot table to not differentiate between identical headers, treating them as the same header.
Does anyone have a solution to propose?

    Hello,

    If the different headers correspond to data of the same type, rearrange them using only the first four headers.
