Pivot Table: Disconnect from Data Source

Hello,

I am creating a Pivot Table that helps me tally the sales statistics of my clients. At the end of the month, I would like to send each of my clients a table with the data that concerns them only. In other words, I do not want them to have access to the source data and see the information that is not extracted in my Pivot Table. Is there a way to break the link between the Pivot Table and the source data? Or to convert a Pivot Table into a normal table? If not, what is the most efficient way? Copying and pasting the table into a new sheet? The problem is that I can't keep the formatting.

Thank you.

Hello Eva.

This is exactly what you needed to do: if your pivot table is in H4:M50,
- you select the columns H:M and click Copy,
- you go to a blank sheet and click Paste/Special Paste Values ;
- you go back to the pivot table (where the columns H:M are still highlighted);
- you click on the yellow brush icon "Reproduce Formatting" to the left of the toolbar,
- you return to the new sheet (where the columns A:F are still highlighted) and click on the yellow brush.

By following these instructions very exactly, it should work ...

Well, by the time I wrote and validated this, I see that m@rina had already provided the solution...
at least if Eva was hesitating about how to make these two collages, she will have received some additional details!
Kisses to both of you.

Good evening Raymond

By the way, there's no need to go back to the table to use the yellow brush. Just do two consecutive copies: Values, then Format.

Hello everyone,

and I would add to finish: if needed, special glue column width
