Emails are not sending: "Your message to *** has been blocked."

For the past few weeks, I have been sending applications including text and attachments for an internship search, and more than half of the emails I send are returned with the error message: "your message has *** been blocked."
This is a huge problem for me because my applications are not getting through.
I also receive an attachment "icon.png" that contains an image of a traffic light.

    In the non-delivery message, there should be an error code

    Another option could be to try using a different email service than Gmail.... or even to contact one or more recipients without including attachments and explain the problem you encountered....

      Juste, I created this address because when I sent emails from my hotmail address, they were marked as spam.
