Hello
On a an HP PC running Windows 10 Home.
Problem: The PC connects to Wi-Fi in different houses (friends, family..) but won't connect to my new Freebox.
The wireless network adapter shows "Media disconnected" and the Ipv4/IPv6 is disabled.
I already tried ipconfig /release and then /renew. Nothing... Media disconnected.
What should I do?
I'm not great at this kind of stuff but I can follow instructions.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Your wifi card is likely disabled:
1- Try to find the keyboard shortcut to enable/disable the wifi card on your computer model (usually Fn + one of the F1 to F12 keys).
2- Go to Device Manager and check if there are any yellow or red triangles on the 'Network Adapter' entry.
Thank you for keeping us updated,

I have activated and deactivated the network card and it doesn't change anything.
No yellow or red triangle
What should I do?
Thank you
