Impossible d'imprimer des relevés bancaires avec Chrome

thank you for your response, I had already tried this solution, but the question I'm asking is that 8 days ago I could easily print my account statements directly from my banking site, which is still simpler. For a while now, browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and even Edge have been tightening personal data security with each update. I have Kaspersky Internet Security as my antivirus, which includes a banking protection module in its configuration, thinking that it might not work well with the rest, I temporarily disabled it and miracle it works. I asked Kaspersky about this (see attached response)

Kaspersky may block printing from the browser.

In Kaspersky, look for the option → Modify restrictions and configure rules for applications

In summary:
Open Kaspersky, go to the gear (the cogwheel)
Section → Protection
Click on → Application Control
Click on the line at the bottom of the window → Manage Applications.
Right-click on Google Chrome
Select → Restrictions
Select → Trusted

Same for Kaspersky 2018.
