Hello;
To do this, a right-click on the recycle bin with your mouse should bring up the option "Restore deleted items" in a dropdown menu. Click on it.
If your email is displayed, you just need to move it to the folder of your choice (for example: inbox) to recover it. If it’s not there, it is permanently lost.
